Arrival.Magglingen is easily accessible by public transport. You can take the train to the Biel SBB train station. After a 15 minutes walk or by bus you'll arrive at the well sign-posted funicular railway station (Funiculaires Biel-Magglingen). Take the funicular railway to the Magglingen station then a 5 minute walk will take you to the sport centre. The hotel reception is in the main building of the Federal Sport Office (please follows the signs). If you're travelling by car please use the route described in the following map www.map24.ch . If you have a GPS please give "Hauptstrasse 247, 2532 Magglingen" as your destination. Car parks are indicated in the following map. Please be advised that you have to pay for the on-site parking spaces (and they are expensive). So think carefully if you plan to travel by car to save money because you might end up paying more because of the parking costs. Plus, the number of spaces available is very limited, at the "World's End" sports hall for example; and you can only pay the parking meters with Swiss Francs.
Transfer from Hotel to Dojo.There will be no parking spaces available at the "World's End" hall. This hall is only a 20 -30 minute walk away from the Bellavista Sport Hotel. There will also be a free shuttle-bus to and from the hotel. The departure times will be given at the beginning of the event. You can also consult the following map. Download hall plan.
